"Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. SO much has gone wrong that it would take too long to even type all of it out. To make it as short as possible, the customer service is a MESS! Wait times are MONTHS long. My daughter is a patient and taking medication who deals with suicidal thoughts. Even with the medication prescribed to her having bad side effects, causing her symptoms to worsen, they offered me an appointment 2 months away!.....this was the last straw for me but definitely not the first. Scheduling an appointment is ALWAYS a hassle. The girls working there literally talk slow and say stuff that sounds like they have a second grade level education. They would schedule virtual appointments that I needed to be present for without letting me know until the day of that I needed to be present for, causing issues since I was already at work not knowing I needed to be present. They required resubmitting ALLLLLL the paperwork we had already submitted after 1 year of being at the practice and required all initial evaluations and would say things like "well yea for every new patient, you need to be present first visit or for new patients we need this or that" I kept having to repeat to them "shes not a new patient". The day of the appointment they would call 4-5 times in 1 hour, EARLLYYYY in the morning to confirm appointments I had already confirmed via text. Doctors or therapists would be late to the appointment, but still end the appointment on time causing a shortened appointment time that Im paying for out of pocket Every single time I encountered this office, I felt rage and confusion at how messy a doctors office that deals with mental health can be. Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE ELSE! I pray this place hires new people and figures something out to get more organized. Seeing as there are so many other reviews just like mine, theres clearly a problem."

"I am very pleased with my therapist Jessica and psychiatrist Dr. Nodal. For the first time, I feel like I am making progress in reference to my mental health. Both listen and seem to genuinely care. They aren't simply prescribing pills to mask the problem. The front desk staff members are efficient and really try to work with you in reference to scheduling. They offer both in person and virtual appointments. I also like that they send reminders via text and call to confirm appointments as well. Dr. Valcourt is also very involved. She did my intake and she also did her best to place me with a therapist that would be able to meet my needs."

"Miguel Danois was the therapist for my two daughters for the last three years and I have to say that he was a blessing for them. Both of them said that they wouldn't be able to get through all their problems with out his help, he is an amazing therapist and he does his job with love, compassion and he is very professional. "I don’t know why they make hard to give you appointment, they send you a form, you do everything and still asking many things, they really doesn’t need because when the child go there you ( if you are a professional you know what is the problem) I don’t understand why this place make the parent hard to ask appointments, if you don’t have appointments please let know the parent so they can go another place so you child who needs the therapy ( for some reason very important) don’t loose time to find a correct help. Look like this place doesn’t care at all, is so hard to find a therapist. You lost my time and you get to much information from my daughter and never we get the appointment I don’t think you are professional at all."
