"Very unprofessional place. I brought my child there at the North Lauderdale location a few mths ago for an evaluation. The name of co. has Jose Garcon on it and thought I was going to see that person however it was another lady that showed up. I’m assuming it’s Paulette Alvarez-Flemming per other signature on report. First of all when we arrived at the scheduled time, no one was there, we waited outside the door for 25 mins then the so-called psychologist finally showed up. Honestly I was surprised because she didn’t look professional and to confirm her report was not professional, she asked me a few questions (very poor interviewer), I would never recommend this place. The location was in North Lauderdale but it had Garcon’s name for the company. Sorry I didn’t read the reviews before."

"This place is about making a quick buck and a title under a name. From the initial meeting it is obvious that the therapist has no interest in helping you or your child. Unprofessional is putting it lightly. I was apprehensive to take my daughter to this office after reading the negative reviews HOWEVER, the negative reviews are on point. VERY DISAPPOINTED. You should be ashamed of yourself. My child's mental well being is not a joke !"

They did not address any of the concerns that I had, just did standard testing that I probably could have found online & done at home. Now they refuse to provide me with a copy of the report unless I make an appt & pay another $100........what?"
