"This place takes advantage of their vulnerable/fragile clients and their families. They make you do 4 “trial” sessions to be sure you want to continue with the treatment. Four sessions is not nearly enough time to see if you connect with a therapist/program. After that trial, you and your family have to sign a contract basically stating that you still have to pay for the WHOLE duration of the treatment even if you decide it doesn’t work for you. Which off the bat is sketchy. It seems like a result to many people discontinuing their treatment. So now, I have an added stressor that this company is still making my parent pay all this money that we already don’t have (we’re literally taking out loans for this), for something that only made my mental health worse. She also tried to charge me for not being able to do a session because I was out of the COUNTRY that was already planned and paid for before the treatment but that didn’t matter?? Not to mention, in the couple months I tried it out, I had yet to find a consistent steady group therapy because every single person that was in it when I joined, left one by one. I wonder why?? These therapist just want your money and don’t actually listen to you or try to help you individually. They just tell you “what usually works for most people.” My worst days were spent trying to do this program."

"Been bringing my child here for close to a year whose been seen by one of their postdoc therapists. After getting on a call with the practice owner to discuss concerns regarding the lack of substantive therapy during sessions, I can only echo what others here have already said, as my was feedback was met with blame and defensive responses - no listening occurred; in fact I felt each pointer I attempted to present was only met with invalidation by Dr Hosn’s explaining how the practice was already doing it’s best within given limitation - I observed no curiosity in accepting constructive client feedback. This was a one-star interaction. Additional stars for my child therapist’s compassionate care, despite the grievances."
