"I had vertigo Pretty bad, and was sent to Sensory Therapeutics by DR Li. I learned numerous exercises and ways to get the vertigo under reasonable control. The exercise that worked best for me was to focus on an object in the distance and walk towards it without constantly looking down. After Dr. Li did the Epley maneuver I was about 80% better and with what I learned from Rose Ann I was back to 90% or more. I no longer use a cane to assist me and feel I got my life back.
