I wait and wait and wait on hold, then when someone finally picks up they hang up the phone to avoid taking my call. "I am a New Patient to see Dr. Da Fonseca. There were no new patient appointments for him for almost 3 months. I agreed to see his nurse practitioner for my first visit. It was a wonderful experience and she was very professional. I was impressed. The wait time in the reception lobby was one (1) full hour. I do not find that acceptable. Overall, I was in the office for 2 hours and had to reschedule for labs. That would have been another 45 minute wait according to the staff helping me. I will plan to return and hopefully the next visit will be more timely."
