"So – I usually do not do reviews but feel that this can be helpfully to someone. I have been receiving therapy for over 6 months with Rick, my first time ever in therapy. A month in I felt a little mixed feelings seeing all the things that he kind of I would say “Pulled’ out of me, that I really needed to address with myself.
