"I don’t know where to start, the receptionists are very educated and kind but I received therapy from Angela Rodriguez three times, those three days she was extremely rude, uneducated and unprofessional, her actions show that she doesn’t enjoy her job, I was always respectful and kind to her, she was always complaining about the system at this location, the people, the work environment and other stuff that seemed to upset her. The last time I was there, the therapy was very strong on my back, of course I was in pain, and her answer was “If you can’t handle it, go stretch by yourself “, not in a professional or concerned tone, more like an annoyed and rude way, luckily I could change the location of my therapy and the treatment that I’m receiving now is way better than the last one."

"I've had a positive experience here previously, so I returned for treatment of another injury. I scheduled an appointment and, after a two-week wait, attended it. Upon arrival, I was informed that my insurance, which had been accepted before, was now incompatible. They claimed to have notified me via voicemail a day prior, but I received no such message. This delay in communication hindered my ability to seek timely medical attention elsewhere. Being notified just a day before was quite inconsiderate. I hope they improve their communication process in the future."
