"I’m not a particular fan of living Google reviews, especially when it comes to mental health, but after seeing these reviews, I have to speak up and say this is by far the best place to go to. I have been seeing Dr. Napolitano for years and she really takes the time to listen to you, and with her knowledge and expertise really finds the appropriate medicine to help you. Not only is the doctor, an absolute lifesaver, but the assistant Allie as an absolute sweetheart, and really comforts any nerves that you may have in Regards to approaching mental health issues. I can’t say enough of good things about this place except that they literally save my life."

"Hi! I want to start off by saying that I am soooo very happy to have found the Happy Mind Company. Aly and Deenah are amazing, and my mental health has improved by leaps and bounds over the last 4 years that I've been a patient there. I've read many of the other reviews - especially the negative ones because they took me by surprise - and I have to say, Happy Mind is a psychiatry practice, not talk therapy. So, if you're looking to talk (and not be on medication) you should seek a Psychologist or Therapist, not a Psychiatrist. In fact, Deenah recommended I start seeing a therapist in addition to the meds she prescribed, and the office provided me with a list of people they recommended. As for Deenah herself, I've been seeing her since 2018, and I've never had a bad experience. She is not the coddling type, but that is perfectly fine with me. She always asks me how I'm feeling and how my life is going (and she always remembers details about me and my personal life). She genuinely listens and tries to give me advice on how to move forward when I've encountered life challenges - beyond just checking to see if the meds are working. I really appreciate her time and wisdom, and I've always felt like she genuinely cares about me."

"Tried for years for an appointment with the psychiatrist, never accepts new patients and basically she evaluates and manages medication and does the same thing as nurse practitioner. I’ve been a patient before and was evaluated with me answering yes or no from a basic questionnaire, not what I call a true evaluation."

"Deenah is by far the worst mental health professional I have ever met. She lacks the ability to explain medication or it’s effects whatsoever, is presumptuous, cannot retain any info about her patients, has little to no bedside manner, and is downright rude. After tolerating it for years, because finding a good psychiatrist is hard, the final breaking point was when she berated and degrading me for even thinking to ask her to fill out FMLA paperwork and then after complaining for our entire session and blaming my mental health on me, informed me it would be a $200 fee to fill out two pieces of paper. She’s atrocious and how she still has this profession is astounding."

"I had a telehealth appointment with Deenah (due to Covid), and it was one of the worst experiences with a medical professional I have ever had in my entire life. From the very beginning, I felt like I was on the defensive. She made a lot of negative assumptions about me and made me feel like a drug addict/criminal simply for trying to continue my use of my ADD medication (that I’ve been having success with for nearly a decade). I was in tears for most of our consultation and it was absolutely humiliating. I understand there is a definite problem with the abuse of medications like mine, but her level of hostility felt unnecessary. The receptionist, however, was a delight! She definitely made me feel slightly less demoralized after my nightmarish experience."
