"Dr. Vigarny was very attentive and actually listened to me. Eye contact and good communication are key. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. New equipment in the office is a big plus. The doctor's assistant, Jenna, was super nice and professional. She took care of my vitals, blood work, and EKG. I also liked the fact that the staff called me with my lab results and the doctor's recommendations within a few days of my visit."

"I have been a patient for years and I love Dr Maria and her husband who took care of me while I was admitted couple years ago while admitted to the hospital. Recently I took my husband for a visit before his not insured we were treated very poorly by the front desk stuff whomever worked there on Saturday was very rude to me and this was my first time being disrespected by her stuff. We are NOT looking for free service as your office is NOT a free public service. I wish they would trained these young people how to talk to people. They are lack of customer service. It is not what you say to people BUT it is WHAT you say. I will NOT discuss what happened on here but I was NOT happy how you handled the situation. They called me on Monday because of their error and when I started to discuss the issue she placed on hold with no warming while I was talking to this Rude young lady and NEVER came back on line for over 20 minutes and I found that very disrespectful to treat anyone like that. I will continue to see Dr Maria because I love her service and she's very nice and have a lot of knowledge. However, if her staffs ever disrespect me like that again. I'll have no choice to take my business to people who appreciate me as person."
