I was very hesitant to begin treatment with a mental health specialist as you hear so many bad experiences and there is a certain stigma that comes with admitting you need some help. Dr. B and his staff made me feel at ease every step of the way. He developed a treatment game plan that has helped me IMMENSELY. For the 1st time in a LONG time, I feel like myself again. I am able to communicate more efficiently, I am able to get myself organized, I feel motivated to actually participate in my life again and not completely overwhelmed and surrounded by chaos and clutter all the time.
