"I am a lawyer with numerous doctor family members. I know competent doctors and they're rare in Florida. Because of my rare but effective comments, Google has repeatedly requested I become a local guide. I read the local guide review and it's utter nonsense. I have been going here since they first opened about 2018. Berkowitz was recommended by the best cardiologist group in Boca. FAU is very friendly, thorough and competent. Great referrals + if I have an issue, I get another referral and FAU takes notes. I began with a serious rear end truck accident which took 3+ years to recover. I write today because I was taken to 2 different ER'S on the same day, (Delray + Bethesda West ) BOTH failed to diagnose a concussion with obvious symptoms. That was Sunday. Mon, I was given an immediate appointment with Dr. Fraser (I had switched to a female Dr in 2023) who ordered the correct meds but also sent me ASAP for vertigo PT! I never heard of this but FYI I'm fixable quickly so there's hope on that issue for anyone! 2 yrs ago I went to FAU's weight loss Dr to lose 55 lbs (covid overeating!) + have kept it off. Can the phone line be busy, yes, call back or leave a message. They call back within an hour. I know all the staff + Drs and if you had a problem, check yourself or ask for the manager. Berkowitz and the doctors he's added are running that practice with the intent to provide the highest quality care possible."

"I have been seeing Dr. Foster since April 2022 after seeing another (not so great) doctor for years. It was refreshing to see how engaged she was when I first met her and attentively listened to all my concerns. Since then, every visit has been as great as the first. I do not feel rushed like I used to feel with my former primary physician and she seems to genuinely care. My husband also switched to this facility (we used to go to the same doctor) and he sees Dr. Abruña. He is also very pleased with the quality of care."

"Doctor was good, medical assistant and billing awful. I am a patient and was away with a serious infection and they refused to call in an antibiotic upon my return knowing full well that the infection would spread and become serious. Medical malpractice in my opinion. Medical assistant told me "good luck". Billing charged my insurance company for tests that were not performed TWICE. I'm still battling it out with the office...insurance fraud. It's a shame that the staff ruins things for a decent doctor which are few and far between these days"
