Healthy Minds Therapy & Wellness is a mental health institution located at 340 Paseo Reyes Drive in St. Augustine, Florida, United States. Our mission is to provide a safe and calming environment for individuals to focus on their individual needs and live more optimally. Led by mental health professional Arin Westpheling, MA, LMHC, our therapy services focus on anxiety, trauma, depression, transition, and general wellness and lifestyle.

At Healthy Minds Therapy & Wellness, you are in charge of your therapy process. With the support of our therapists, you can identify ways to manage your thoughts and emotions, process unresolved trauma, and navigate life's experiences. Our therapy space is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and understanding, providing a space for you to explore, grow, and heal.

Appointments are available in person for residents of St. Augustine, World Golf Village, Nocatee, and South Jacksonville, as well as via Telehealth for other Florida residents.
