"The doctor had a calm demeanor. His receptionist was friendly as well. For the most part, the experience was positive until the last day when the doctor came in over an hour late because of traffic. We understood that so my son had to stay longer than his allotted time at his office. We were penalized for the additional hour that my son had to stay longer because the doctor came in late. I called to raise this issue but doctor and receptionist had adamantly refused to listen and insisted that anything in excess of the allotted time must be paid, no exceptions. I would have had a lot more respect for the doctor if he had listened to reason instead of making it an issue about money. Needless to say, we will never be coming back here and I would not recommend an licensed practitioner who treats their practice as a retail business rather than a healthcare service."
