"Dr. Scanlon is an excellent doctor but you can't ever get through to make an appointment. it's like impossible to get through. the office is run old school and needs to be updated. I dropped by one morning to make an appointment and they made me sit and wait and 20 minutes later I had to leave to get to work. Please update your system. I've been a patient for over 10 yrs and will probably have to find another doctor but this one is convenient for me because i live over the bridge and I like Dr. Scanlon."
