I’ve worked customer service and have been a secret shopper and the experience I had here at this location will make it to corporation and the BBB ."

"When ordering ahead to pick up at a later time in the app the food is always cold as if they made it at the time the order was placed instead of the pickup time. I recently placed an order to pick up in store and the door was locked when I arrived (7:40pm). There is no sign to indicate the in store vs drive through hours. I don't like to use the drive though but there was no option to cancel my order in the app. If the restaurant is not open then the app should not allow in store pickup to be selected. Very frustrating and disappointing."

"I frequent here about once a month or two months. Tonight I ordered and asked foe extra hot and fire sauce for my Nacho bell grande and tacos. When accepting my food I asked if there was enough sauce. The reply from the extremely rude window worker was "you asked and it in there" and slammed the window in my face...here is what "extra" is...not only that but RUDE"

"Very clean Taco Bell. They lock the bathroom doors and you need to ask, which them very clean as well. Staff was very friendly and attentive whenever we needed something. Food was better quality than most Taco Bells. I wish this was closer to home!"
