"When I came as a child it never took 2 hours to just see a doctor if I have an appointment why is it taking so long? 2 hours come on someone needs to do something about it because it makes no sense to have an appointment and still wait two hours before you see your doctor..sit in a room just to wait for two hours I could scream ? It’s frustrating"

"This is the worst Dr’s office ever. I called for 2 weeks straight for an appointment for my children. No answer. I then drove to the place to see 2 receptionists and a Dr sitting up front while the phone rings. I ask them to provide me with the number to make appointments, they provide me with the very number I’ve been calling. No one apologized, I asked would I have to drive to the office to make appointments. No concern about my issues whatsoever."

"I don’t understand the incompetence of this place. From customer service, to the medical assistant and the Doctor. My husband has recently come out of coma and had an emergency colonoscopy done, his procedure required the removal of his entire colon, and now is subjected to using colonoscopy bags. Medicaid will pay for them just like a medication script but at a medical supply store that Medicaid has assigned specifically for all Florida Medicaid patients. I know that majority of the patients here are low income.(Im Thankful for any service that has been provided during this challenging time in my family’s life) I know my husband is not the first patient in palm beach county or foundcare ; who had been subjected to colonoscopy bags. They are expensive, and having to go through a medical supply store out of pocket was $119 for 4 days of bags. For a struggling family that just experienced this unfortunate circumstance, we could only afford this method temporarily. Stretching out the lifespan of a colonoscopy bag has been challenging and unsanitary. It has already caused an infection and to say the least has been emotionally humbling for my husband. I don’t know what I need to do next to have the medical supplies my husband needs. I am disappointed with his care here."
