"Beware!!!! Beware!!! If you are considering this procedure I tell you be aware. These guys are not mental Health experts at all they have a ER Doctor and the pain management Doctor that administers the injection. I asked before doing the procedure if it was safe if there had ever been complications, the receptionist said no we’ve never had any complications, I had to remind her about the review with the lady that had the seizure and then she was like oh yeah but that’s it. just that one time. I was nervous and had a little doubt On my gut about it. And I was right the Doctor, I felt was rude and in a rush to get me in and out of there, the guy never properly introduced himself his staff had to tell me who he was. mind you this thing cost me my savings 2000.00 in cash I’m not a rich man but that’s besides the point. When I got up from this injection that lasted no longer then 10 minutes, I could not walk I could not keep my balance And had to be helped over to a chair I was told this was not common but in rare occasions it does happen. I was skeptical. Then half of my face and neck went numb I was told I would be okay. and that I could go home (balance got better after 3 or 4 hours numbing lasted about 8 hours) two people had to help Carrie me to my car because I was too dizzy and unbalanced to walk myself. I was with my wife and toddler he was crying so I believe they prematurely send me home because of this. Now they have a nice team of kids working there that are nice So customer service is good but I guess that’s the least you can do when you charge this much per injection at-least show out a good face. The nurse Blanca was also very nice and comforting. The Doctor that administer the injection Dr. Jesse Hatgis never even came back out to see how I was, the guy seemed like he’s just out there worried about the next 2000.00 laying on his hospital bed. After I got strapped I asked if I could scratch my ear because it itch this guy said nope we are going to start already like this was a race. At the time I made the appointment to get the injection back in July I was going through some really bad anxiety and insomnia I was desperate and left a 500.00 deposit. but I was exercising eating healthy and taking some supplements that where helping by the time the day of the injection came I had recovered my sleep and my anxiety had came down to maybe a 1 or 2 on a scale of 10. But since they made this procedure seemed to look so safe I said, man I’m already here this injection might just take all my anxiety away. Well I was hell of wrong my anxiety is back with a vengeance 10/10, insomnia is back and i’m back to where I started after this injection, but worst because now I have no savings on top of it all. God help me!! if you are thinking about getting this injection I suggest you question your situation first and how bad you really are, cause you might be better then you may end up. Good luck to all that decide to get this injection.. I’m very scared that my sleep won’t come back this time around."
"Customer service was great. I felt very comfortable with the whole process and was very excited to get the procedure done, hoping it would help with the traumatizing nightmares and anxiety I’ve been experiencing for many years. I was called in to a room to change and heard a woman screaming and crying in the procedure room next to where I was waiting. I started getting a little nervous at that point but my excitement for a possible new way of life would not deter me from getting this done. I was then called into the procedure room. I asked about the woman that was screaming and crying. They said they’ve never had that happen before. This woman was a repeat client and decided to get sedated and responded badly to it. Anyways, they strap me in the bed and I was ready for the procedure. I feel the needle go into my neck and then I black out (which is not supposed to happen). When I came to, I was told I had a seizure and was unresponsive for 2 minutes. I was foaming at the mouth. I had needle marks in my right hand where they tried injecting me with a solution to stop the seizure but my body was too tense. I was disoriented, extremely nauseous, and couldn’t remember anything. I didn’t remember where I was, who I was with, why I was there, etc. I wasn’t breathing normally on my own. I had to consciously work on taking breaths or my oxygen level would drop pretty low, sometimes as lows as 75%. I asked them how many times this has happened and they said this was the first. I was referred to a neurologist to get a check up but I haven’t made it yet....I still have all the PTSD symptoms I had before the procedure except that my nightmares haven’t been as terrifying. My anxiety has been through the roof, but we are in some crazy times right now with the Covid-19 pandemic and other societal and economic stresses. I was told I needed to come back for another round but of course I am going to pass on that idea. I won’t put my body through that kind of stress or danger again."

"After receiving the injection I can honestly say my life has changed direction completely for the better. My sleep has improved by 100% from 2 to 3 hours to a full 6 hours uninterrupted. My anxiety is the lowest it has ever been in my life. So far over a week since I received the injection I have had zero combat related nightmares and intrusive thoughts have also gone down, I'm genuinely happy. I have not felt this way since before combat and words cant explain the pressure lifted off my shoulders. As for the staff they are nothing short of amazing, profession, kind, words cant express what they do for people. They truly are saving lives and I acant thank them enough. Sgt. Steven Raimondi USMC"
