"I just downloaded their app yesterday, and now I've deleted it. Got my order with food and sauces missing and no drink. My friend said "we should just go get it they'll forget your drink and half your order" "Naah" I said. And of course, that is exactly what happened. Missing an item, sauces, and my drink. I haven't ordered from here in almost a year because it used to happen repeatedly to me, and it's STILL happening. Should've known better and ordered through doordash app atleast I could have gotten a credit. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me five times..."

"I have been to this Taco Bell 2 times in the last 2 months, they have really ramped up there service! The line is not long like it used to be, the food is great, my order has been 100% correct with nothing missing, the woman who handed me my drink even took the time to fill it all the way to the top when it wasn't and without me asking, I spent a max of 5 mins in the drive through! I don't know what happened or if they got new management, but this place is night and day compared to what is used to be last year! Great job!"

"Taco Bell isn't great, its decent food fast. So after waiting 75 minutes for what should have been a 20 minute delivery my order was canceled. I tried calling to see what had happened but employees can't even be bothered to pick up the phone. Do yourself the favor and spend your money and time on something worth waiting for. I know I will."
