"This place was great when we started then the lady doing the schedule would change random days and tell me it was my fault because we would miss a day if my ese daughter was not doing well. I have text messages from them talking about their employees to me! Very unprofessional!!"

"The customer service to be onboarded to this service is poor at best and unethical at worst. We called them 4 times over a two-week span where each call was met with a confirmation that an onboarding specialist would reach out to us within 72 hours. Once the 72 hour window passed, we would call again. All the while, our 6-month old baby with developmental delays was waiting for care. That was September. 4 months later, our baby is now 10 months old and we just now received a text apologizing for the wait and notifying us that they’re not accepting new patients. We ended up finding another WONDERFUL center in Palmetto Bay called Skillbuilders. Our baby’s doing great, but the customer service here was RIDICULOUS."

My son was struggling so bad in school teacher had a hard time understanding him, he had a hard time understanding assignments. (Kindergarten) It was just so hard on us. He had all Ds and Fs teacher recommended me to take his report card to his doctor . And that’s how therapy started for him. Now here he is 1 year 9 months later honor roll student all As 1 B. They will answer any questions you have and will go out of their way to make sure you and your child are happy with your therapist although they’re all amazing.
