"Highly recommend Dr. Carrodeguas. Wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is so friendly And the office runs efficiently. At my last visit I waited just a few minutes before seeing the doctor. The PA Cassandra was amazing. I didn’t even feel the flu shot at all. She is seasoned and knows what she is doing. Overall great experience. So happy that I have him as my primary care doctor!"
"Over an hour wait for a scheduled appointment that took less than 15 minutes. I called prior to the appointment as I needed a vaccine and asked the front desk as well while waiting for my visit and they assured me it was fine. Finally when Dr. Yariela Enriquez attends me, she half smiles / laughs and says they don’t have the vaccine and have not had it in years as well as that I’ve likely needed this vaccine for years. She continued to emphasize how overdo I was for it, dismissing the fact that I needed it and implying there should be no sense of urgency since I’ve been overdo for it. Dr. Enriquez also got in to the room and instead of apologizing said “you didnt have wait time with your previous doctor? They usually have a 30 minute wait time”. There should not a “usual wait time”. If you know this, schedule your appointments accordingly instead of having a sign saying readily available to tell patients you’re going to be late again. Your time is not more important than your patients time. Proceeded to have more wait time to check out so I had to leave because of work and the person who is checking out patients says with attitude “I was about to call you” as she was still attending another patient. Only good thing about my visit was the nurse and the last women in light blue by the office who was sincere and understanding and said she would email me. Tl;dr - not worth the wait for the doctors and rude check out staff. Great nurse and women in the back office at least."
"I was there with my sister for her first time visit with her new Primary Care physician, Dr. Tierra Blanca. The doctor is new to Baptist Health so, I was observing and listening to make a judgement about his medical knowledge, etc. I have not decided yet whether he is a good physician or not. We will reserve judgement until we have had more visits with him. I will say he is very professional and courteous to patients. Generally speaking, everything went well at the appointment except check-in person at the front desk never asked for my sister's ID or insurance card.; that was my sister's first visit. Also, checkout took a long time waiting after the appointment was over. The young lady apologized for the delay"
"We actually liked very much the patient care received. The doctor was very nice, he listened and attended to all of our needs. I loved that we didn’t need to go to a lab for blood work they did everything there including providing us with the referrals."
"Im giving it 1 star because it doesn’t allowed me to give less than that. I will start by saying Doctor C is amazing! The lead doctor assistant Rick is also incredible and basically that’s it!! Unfortunately the receptionists are incredibly rude and unprofessional the rest of the staff acts as if you are asking for charity or asking for favores opposed to being paid to attend patients. The office takes more than 7 weeks to give you patient paperwork which we are entitled to and call backs don’t happen. While we were there other patients complained of the same it’s completely disconnected to the friendly and helpful staff baptist prides itself in. It’s honestly a shame!"
