"My telehealth appointment was missed because they never called me last week and I specifically asked the front desk girl Katie for a call back. I have left messages and called multiple times with no answer and now she is telling me that telehealth is no longer an option. All I needed was a prescription refill, there is no need to go all the way into the office when I am not able to do so. Very unpleasant and unprofessional."

"The most disorganized and terribly-run doctors office I've ever been to. On my first appointment I was taken an hour late, the nurse practitioner took 2 calls during my appointment and told me vaccines don't work. She proceeded in that first meeting and during our follow up to tell me how I feel isn't true, and made fun of me to my face. This nurse practioner, Laura Yancey, was replaced by a much nicer woman, but the operation remains disorganized. They don't always call to confirm appointments, always start meetings late, and the front desk never answers. If you're looking for mental health services, this is not the way to go unless you want to leave more stressed and isolated than when you came in."

Brenda is customer service oriented and solves all problems. Julie, therapist, is very helpful and understands the needs and goals of her patients. Hillary, psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, also understands the needs and goals of her patients. She truly cares about my well being. I do not see Dr.Polluck, but I understand he is innovative and a leader in his field. I enjoy talking with Dr. Polluck. He is a down to earth professional. He is funny and leads a great team.
