You say that you answer every email, yet I have emailed multiple times, filled out the same form twice for multiple different therapists, and called probably 20 times and gotten no word back. So I find that a little funny you say that."

"I emailed and requested an appointment. Rosemary responded and replied that I should call to set an appointment. even though the website reads email for appointment. So I called to set an appointment and nobody answered so I left a message. Nobody returned my call. A week later I emailed again to explain what happened. I never received a response. Very poor customer service. I left 1 star but it should be a negative rating."
