"Why do you have nurses and employees who makes fun of patients. Today (09/08/2023 at 11:30 am), the nurse Carmen was making fun of me because I was waiting my perfum and she and other employees of Check Station (who provides referral to patients) felt offended from me and took an spray trying to "neutralizes" my perfume. It's none of their business to CRITICIZE my conduct and they have no rights for being RUDE with patients. What's wrong with them???"

"Through the years the service keeps deteriorating. Spent 45 minutes trying to speak to someone regarding an appointment that no one showed up for, to later be told they only put a morning timeslot so the doctors keep a time on the calendar but the appointments are actually in the afternoon. Makes no sense or respect towards a patient's time. No manager is ever available speak by phone or in person. I don't recommend this location"

"Dr. Kevin Fox takes his time and explains any concerns you may have. You can ask any medical questions and he will advise you and share his knowledge. Parking is easy. Wait times are short or reasonable. Also, in his practice you don't have to go to many testing facilities for ultrasounds because he has many of those machines right there in the office. You can get your blood work done too and not have to make an appointment to go to a lab somewhere. If Dr. Fox is not available to assist you, you can trust Samantha and Elaine, as well as other Physicians Assistants at Fox Medical Center."

"I was attending this medical center for a physical and had a great experience. I truly don't know why the reviews say otherwise but If this medical center was ever bad let me tell you it has changed. Great service that give clear Guidance to people. The staff ( Nurses, doctor, student physicians, and more) truly want to help you and they have a passion for the the medical field. The doctor that attended me was great and i had other family members who went and also had a great experience. They can speak english and spanish. I truly left satisfied and will be happy to return in future appointments. Any complaint I had was addressed and they patiently explained the problem and how it can be fixed. The quality of care is simply amazing and they work very well as a team."

"Staff is very friendly and great but can be slow to return call backs. Dr Kevin is a great doctor with many skills, certifications and hobbies. See for yourself as you admire his decor while you wait in patient waiting room. Maybe it's a distraction so you'll forget what you came in for."
