"This place was excellent, the best of the best. But their quality of service has drastically declined. They have become so big and impressed with themselves, that they stopped listening or caring about the needs of their patients. The change is heartbreaking. But be careful, if you dare to voice your complaints, instead of trying to improve their customer service, they just send you a certified letter before your next appointment to notify you that they don't want you as their customer anymore. They don't even have the decency to discuss the matter with you. It's sad that a place so incredibly great has become so disinterested in the wellbeing of their patients when they are extremely sick - a time when those patients need them the most. I truly hope they will return to the excellent customer service they used to provide. It was such a privilege to know them back then. It's hard to believe this is who they have become!"
