"I have to say that after about 3 years of being with this office and having not such great experiences with the staff, today was the last and final straw. I woke up with a horrible throat infection, high fever, sweating, joint pain...the works. I could barely speak so rather than call I went in. I was told there was no doctor on staff today n that I should go to the er. I found that hard to believe as the office had patients in it waiting to be seen. And if there wasn’t a doctor there, what kind of medical office doesn’t at least have one doctor on staff to treat patients?! Don’t even get me started on the troubles I had with them when I needed a referral to see a specialist during my pregnancy. Took literally one week for the issue to get resolved. Doctor is not bad but the staff needs some serious work. My husband has gone and waited literally four hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Then was told he had to come in on a separate day just to be told, “ok your cholesterol is high.” They wanted him to miss a day of work just to tell him that. Crazy. I will be leaving this saaame review on all outlets. Do not go to this office unless you can wait four days to be seen for treatment of a bad flu. You’ll die sooner than you’ll see the doctor. Thank god I found another doctor in the same building that saw me IMMEDIATELY."
