"Not transparent at all. Sent me a statement. When I asked about the statement, I was told not worry about it. And the person that handles billing is not around. Got another statement. Confirmed with my insurance company and the office. Was not thrilled that everything changed and was not expecting to pay what was due. I paid reluctantly. I thought all was settled, because that is what I was told. Then I get a third statement saying I owe even more. I again confirmed and apparently I was responsible for additional fees. This after, mind you, I was told the week before I was settled and didn’t owe anything else. So disappointing, dissatisfied, and disgusted. I feel taken advantage of. This establishment should be ashamed of how they operate. Unprofessional. If I had known I was being charged, I would have stopped coming much sooner. I believe they are aware of this. That is why they do not tell you anything and send you statements in the mail much later. This would be unacceptable in any other business. I feel violated. No compassion or understanding on the phone about it, what so ever. If I wasn’t still in so much pain and discomfort and didn’t have other things going on that I need to handle I would fight to not pay these charges. I paid and voiced my displeasure. I hope no one else gets taken advantage of like I did. I forgive those who work there and are just doing their job. I believe in karma. I don’t wish any harm on anyone. Those deserving will be served the same or worst displeasure than was delivered to me and I’m sure many others. Peace be with you. "Kevin and the staff at Fitness Quest Inc were great! They were knowledgeable, caring, and listened to me about my condition. They talked to me about my condition in more detail so that I would understand it better and explained the physical therapy process I would go through to help me feel better. Unfortunately, the physical therapy did not work but Kevin wrote up a detailed explanation of my physical therapy so that I may present it to my doctor and insurance company. I would definitely recommend Kevin and Fitness Quest Inc to anyone."
