"Besides the fact that they just moved to an office space upstairs in an elevator-less building and the stairs are treacherous at best, (steep and open to below) the therapist are great. They only have 1 occupational and speech therapist (Speech has an intern with her at every visit) and 2 physical therapists that service this location all of them with very limited hours. Rescheduling has been a nightmare since they've done a new "summer schedule" without talking to me about what time frames work with my toddlers who need their nap. I'm taking my 3 kids, 4 days a week, 2 at a time (to make travel easier). Like I said, the therapists are great, they love their jobs, care about the kids and communicate with the parents about progress/setbacks and what we can do at home. Pat (pt) and Leann (ot) stand out the most to me as far as the care for my children. Pat has gone above and beyond to ensure progress. Leann has a way about her that really connects with them. Both adore my kids and it shows. If only they didn't move upstairs and the office could do better with the kid's schedule working with the parents..."
