"Poor customer service. First Lady I talked to on the phone gave me a bunch of info that sounded great until I spoke to another lady a few days later and her info was totally different than what the First Lady said. They discriminate against people with disabilities as well. I am a person with a disability and they offered no accommodations in regards to my situation. I am reporting them to the DOJ for civil rights violation."
