"If I can rate no star I would. This is by far the worst practice I have EVER been to. I have never felt so much like a burden or disruptive before. I had my appointment at 3 and like a good New Patient I decided to go almost an hour early just so I can fill out new patient paperwork. There was NO paperwork, I gave my information, went straight to the nurse, she took my vitals, asked my history and when she asked about past procedures that I had I was verifying what year and her answer was “Forget it; if I don’t keep going the system kicks me out”. WHAT???? Allergies are only medication allergies and nothing else and when I saw the doctor he asked some questions and I answered but felt anxious the whole time. I left there SUPER upset and now in bed because I shut out everyone again. Walls are up and now mental health is in question. Never knew that was possible by going to a primary. DON’T recommend. Oh and their hours are 8/8:30a-4p not like that the door of the office or Google says 7:30a-6p. I read the reviews and liked the hours and that’s why I made the appt but I’m not going there ever again."
