"I do not think the therapists are licensed by the state, should have stricter guidlines to become a Therapist instead of just recieving a certification sticker...a lot of red flags with the "Therapist", no bueno. Need better taining. Seems like rules of therapy between patient/customer are thrown out the window."
"As the other reviews state, they are terrible about answering the phone, but they do call back within 48 hrs. Sheryl was my therapist and she is great with listening and does her job properly. Only issue I had is if you are more than 6 mins late for your appt you have to reschedule, unlike other Dr's who give u 15 mins. Only other issue is, everyone is just doing their job, they don't actually care about the patients well being!"
"While I agree they aren't great at answering the phone, once you get into an appointment I've always left feeling excited and hopeful. Eduardo, my Psychiatrist is amazing, friendly and listens to my concerns. If a medication isn't working for me he doesn't hesitate to try something else. My insurance is no longer taken here but I'm tempted to pay out of pocket, that's how much I love it here!"
"I'm not getting the right medication ever since Dr. Hoffman left. Otherwise, Sheryl the therapist is great to work with and Debbie and Nicky the receptionists are super friendly. Had awful experience with a a case worker who should have been fired and a few of the staff can be improved. But if the new psychiatrist doesn't help me like Dr. H, then it's useless going there."
"I had court appointed therapy and Sheryl White was my therapist. I had 12 sessions. After the 1st one, I would look forward to meeting with Sheryl each week. It was good that someone would listen. I had some hardships with money and this company worked with me and made it affordable. If you have to go to court appointed therapy or just therapy in general I had a very good experience here. Give it a shot..."
