"From both the directors (Joe and Jana), to Dede the intake coordinator and to every staff down to the clean up crew are very nice respectful and professional…my case worker (Shonti) and my therapist (Dana) were terrific! Shay was my favorite tec with great skills with dealing with clients,issues,etc!a amazing area in Sebring Florida by a beautiful lake.not too many clients with a max of 40 which is coed.put it this way?out of dozens of treatment centers this is not only the best but also the only one I have EVER graduated from!"

"Be warned if you give them a credit card they will continue to charge it beyond what has been authorized or owed. Further the billing department does not answer calls or return messages despite frequent attempts. 2/13/2024 update: After filing a formal complaint, I received a phone call the following day and was assured this was an error and the money would be credited back to my credit card within 5 business days. Instead, of a refund I have 2 new pending charges."

"Recently patient at this facility have nothing but love for the staff and care received. Came from another banyan which I was NOT impressed with and transferred into residential program was welcomed by staff and. Immediately felt comfortable it’s a smaller group of people and you receive much more individual support.. the staff was very supportive and helpful to my situation and the groups were very helpful and lighthearted.. I have little experience with treatment but definitely would recommend to another addict."
