Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies Winter Haven

"I have had two Rehab sessions almost back. The first session followed shoulder surgery. I treated with Ariel Evans. In my opinion this young Lady is a Master at what she does. She also has a great personality and actually makes Rehab a rather pleasant experience. I went again to rehab following an injury to the same shoulder. Again I treated with Ariel. After a short time I was as good as new. This is the very best Rehab facilitie and each Therapist working here I would highly reccomend.This facility is super clean bright and is a pleasant atmosphere. Can't say enuff about this place and the entire staff is the best of the best"

"The only other physical therapy clinic I went to I worked with a physical therapy assistant, here the physical therapist works with you. Nick was very helpful and friendly and patient when I was having trouble doing the exercises correctly. In about a month, following through with the exercises at home as recommended, my back pain was under control even while working a physical job (not recommended). 3 months later and I haven’t had any major flare ups."
