"First visit and after my husband been with the nurse practitioner we found out that they do not treat people with PTSD, anxiety, depression or psychiatric issues or illness. Very disappointed because their website and "reviews" said a lot of psychiatric services for adults but they really don't provided this services. The reviews are super great but are these real or fake reviews? They just open the practice and do not have a lot of patients per the nurse practitioner. False advertisement?"

"I wish to take the time to highlight the doctor and staff at Whitechapel Behavioral Services. From the moment I walked into the office, I was warmly greeted by Megan,the front office Medical Assistant. Megan was very personable and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Fatinikun was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely attentive and listened carefully to all of my concerns, taking the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I didn’t feel like just another appointment on his schedule. His attentiveness, personable nature, and overall professionalism makes him an exceptional doctor."
