"Extremely unprofessional. Called to make an appointment. Was told by the woman who answered the phone that she wasn’t near her calendar and to call back and leave a voicemail and she would return my call to schedule. Never received a call back. Evidently they don’t need or want new business. For a service oriented business, their customer service is extremely lacking."

"Today, my circumstances led me to look for a massage salon through google, but God led me to Robin. When I asked if she had any appointments available, I was told her next available wasn’t until May. I needed a quick shoulder massage since I haven’t slept in three days from the pain. It so happened at the same time I was on the phone with her, her client was 20 minutes late and she was going to reschedule her anyway. So.... I was able to have a half and hour with her. I drove over as quickly as I could and I will be returning as much as I possibly can. Everything from the texture of the cream, the scent of the oils, the music, the room, the professionalism, the massage...Oh my!!! The massage! I have had so many massages, since I owned a day spa in Pennsylvania and hired many therapists. I was the person that enjoyed the massage to see if they were worthy of the job. "For starters, Robin was very accommodating with my schedule. Most places/businesses will make you feel that you have inconvenienced them, but this was not the case. That showed me off the bat, what a caring person my massage therapist was going to be. The massage was incredible. I am very particular about massages, as I had the same therapist for many years until she moved out of state. The pressure was perfect, she focused on areas of where I had pain, and the icing on the cake was that she makes you feel like you have known her for years. I can say the reason is because she is just a nice human being. She doesn’t just go through the motions. You can tell she is passionate about helping people release tension, stress, pain, or whatever it is they are feeling. I feel people frequent “chains” (like Massage Envy) because they are convenient and low cost. But what you don’t get is a personalized experience with someone who truly loves what they do. Not only do you get that at Robins Nest, but she charges less than the chains and does a million times better work. I highly recommend Robins Nest to everyone. I will now become a regular and I am excited to partake in the other services she offers (Reiki, reflexology, and more)! If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would!"
