"My husband bought me a Groupon massage in which it took me two days to get a hold of someone even after leaving a voicemail and no reply to make an appointment. I arrived five minutes early, the place was not welcoming whatsoever as it's more of an art show with weird things everywhere. I walked in and was not welcomed by anyone.. I went and used the restroom, hoping someone would come out and still I waited another ten minutes and I had to knock on the door twice where two women were just talking never acknowledging that there was someone there for a scheduled appointment. The lady told me to sit down and she'll be with me, I was already 15 minutes into my appointment time, so I just left.This was very unprofessional and I should have listened to the other reviews..."

"Amiee is always rude and terrible customer service. I had my appt (as I bought packages) she has the worst customer service attitude I have ever experienced! It was sooooo bad that I got up off the table, put my clothes back on and walked out the door. Will never come back to this place. This doesn't deserve one star!"

"Aimee may give a good massage. However, she always found something I did that was wrong and criticized me each appointment. It might be that I drank soda stream water and was dehydrated. Dr. Son and Dr. d-i-l say it's the same for rehydration. Last visit I wasn't sitting properly in her waiting room and was "flashing" an empty waiting room in my shorts. Not short shorts, just shorts, I'm 77. Or maybe I tried to talk during the massage and that's against her rules. It took forever to use up my original package maybe because full paying clients get priority over package clients, I am guessing. So while her packages are reasonable, I decided I didn't have to put up with her anger and disdain anymore. She obviously didn't like me and when I left, she said there were no more packages. This weekend her packages were the cheapest I've see at 50 for 100 00. Maybe it's the tips that support her."

"Well were should I start... I bough a Groupon last year and I spend 2 month calling this place to make an appointment. I left a few messages and never receive a call back. I didn't make a big deal of it because on the voice mail said they were moving. I called back in December and I booked my appointment for January. The day came and I was so excited about it. It was my second massage in a long time. The place was impossible to find. The Google address wasn't correct. They moved months ago and still have the old address. When I got there the place didn't have a name outside or anything like that. When I open the door I though I was in the wrong place because it looks so bad!!! It was under construction, dirty... it was a mess. I literally texted my husband letting him know if I didn't make it home in 2h to please look for me... no kidding. The lady was nice but very bad presence. At that point I said to myself, ok lets just do this and never come back. The roof was broken, the room was very dirty... Well, after the massage I left without the facial because I wasn't going to get a facial in a place like that. I don't normally write reviews. I do only when the experience was excellent or very bad. Unfortunate this wasn't good at all. DON'T RECOMEND IT AT ALL! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS AND REAL PICTURES"

"Worst customer service experience ever! Aimee is so rude! She is just not a nice person. She was on her cell phone during the massage. I had to wait 3 months to be scheduled & then she canceled. Read the Google reviews. She is the meanest lady I have ever met. I only went because the massage was the cheapest I had ever seen on Groupon. But honestly, even if it was free, it would NOT be worth dealing with her."
