"I've had ulnar nerve issues and first came here in December 2022, and just finished my 3rd round (October 2023). I had company from out of town at that time, and had to cancel and reschedule numerous times because of it. Patty was wonderful in accommodating me over and over again. And it wouldn't be the last time. I do taxes January to April, and was constantly asked to change my schedule when clients requested me. Again, Patty was understanding and flexible. I started out with Tony as my therapist, and he took his time to thoroughly assess my needs. The exercises, stretches and laser therapy helped tremendously, along with my orthopedist 's brace, cortisone and PRP injections. After the 2nd round, I had a follow-up with my orthopedist at MacDill and we discussed surgery, which is very invasive and painful and has many months of recovery. So I opted for more PT. The Tricare referral lottery sent me somewhere in Valrico, but I called and requested Therapeutic Rehab Specialist, because I knew they were great and I trusted them. Well, third time was a charm and finally did the trick. I also worked with Melissa (I think), who complemented Tony's approach with different, also effective techniqus and massages and ice. This week I was discharged, pain free, with a better range of motion than I had before the elbow issues ever started.
