"I called and left a message on a Wednesday. Someone called me back in about 30 minutes and asked what the problem was. I explained my issues. She wanted to know more information and when I explained what it was, she said please hold on, but she never came back on the phone. After about 10 minutes I hung up and called back and left another message. Then I called on Thursday and left another message, and still no one called me back. Not sure what’s going on with this place. Maybe they are overbooked and are not accepting new patients, but at least have the common decency to return the call and say something. I will be looking elsewhere."

"Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I filled out the new patient form on their website about 10 days ago. I followed up about 3 days later with a phone call and left a message. I explained I am looking for some type of therapy to deal with my depression and I wanted to make sure they took my inurance. I asked that someone please call me back. So.. I contacted them through their website following their procedure for a new patient, and I followed up with a phone call. Waited all week and never heard from anyone. No response online or on the phone. I would think they would understand how debilitating depression can be and at least call to tell me they don't accept my insurance?"
