"Hard enough as it is to talk to someone, now i get hung up on in the middle of asking a question by Jessica , if that’s even her real name.Then you call back there’s ALWAYS a high call volume. Finally i get back on phone with her and she has the rudest tone and responses. I ask for a supervisor, she just has to know the reason why, refused to tell me her supervisor’s name, WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME SPEAK AS SHE KEPT SPEAKING OVER ME , THEN HUNG UP AGAIN!! I"

She even did the fake laugh thing. If you don't want to promote the place you work in a positive way, find something new to do! I am sure if she acts like this, they probably all do....."
