"Front desk is everything for a company, business, or office. If the personal there is rude and lazy, you’re loss. That’s the situation in this place. Therapists are amazing, I can’t say otherwise. But front desk employees need to learn how to be polite, get some manners and have better communication between therapists and patients. Many parents complaining about the same issue, really sad."
