"I was an established patient at her practice. She texted to tell me she had an emergency and she would call to reschedule and never did. I texted her for a follow up and still never got a response. I thought she was a great counselor and I felt I took a lot away from her. She was helping me tremendously. But considering the fragility of mental health, it was extremely unprofessional to just let me out in limbo in my darkest hour. The least of courtesies that she could have extended would be to refer me to a different therapist if she didn't have time."
