"I called to make an appointment and they may have openings by the of February 2023 .:: I said go ahead and make the appointment I am going to be a self pay ,whoever she said that I need To call back by the end of February 2023 to make the appointment because we are not sure if we are going to have a capability to take new members . I said it better to close panel and don’t do advertising on google until you do have an open panel .Very disappointing"

"They scheduled my intake for the time they wanted it took almost 3 months to get that appointment after waiting 1 year working with a case manager who worked very hard to get be me an appointment. (It does not take this long) Then the guy was rude I was telling him I was pulling over and he talked over me and told he was rescheduling my intake rather that waiting 1 moment and that's how they handle patients with mental health matters. It's been 1 month my intake HAS NOT been rescheduled their money hungry sad place!! Undoubtedly i can see if I was another race I wouldn't have those problems I know other clients lol disgrace."

"I have been looking for a therapist since my Dr. gave me a referral for one. Lots of places had waiting lists and I really needed services. I called north start and from the beginning they have been amazing! The front desk ladies have been really nice, they pick up there phone! They are very respectful and understanding, They gave me a appointment quickly, I also made a appointment for my child and the therapist assigned to her has been phenomenal. My child who’s a shy child and doesn’t like talking to strangers immediately warmed up to her. So far therapy has been a great thing for her and I cannot wait to see the results.
