"Let’s talk about bad customer service and a scratchy car wash - Beware, “if your car is black, it’ll come out with scratches”, that’s what the attendant told me when I complained about all the scratches in the hood and tailgate of my jeep. He claimed that ALL black cars, inevitably, will have scratches when they go through a car wash. After I argued it wasn’t the first time I’ve had the car washed he said it wasn’t the machine, and also said it had not been brushed/pre-washed before going in. Well, I clearly remember they did, it had not been but 5 minutes at the most. I asked to watch the video, and there it was, them brushing/scratching the car. After he saw the video, he asked me to go buy some wax and he would buffer the scratches. When I did not agree with his solution. A manager is supposed to give me a call… still waiting!"

"Super convenient. Has shaded areas. Right of a busy road but completely okay if your not shy."

"I prewashed my truck myself, then pulled up was doing the kiosk myself this kid runs up and tries to help them when he said would you like to leave a tip and I said no (what am I tipping for exactly?, I'm doing the work!) He became a little punk! And not to mention a even younger kid as I was driving up to the area to pull in ran right in front of my truck , he thought it was funny smh used to be my favorite car wash but I'll be going elsewhere from now on..... Thanks for hiring childish employees!!"

"Good place to get your Car Cleaned. Car Vacuum works good too. Place is nice and clean around it. I'm not sure if they own the Ice and water machine that is right at the car wash but I refilled a couple 5 gallon water jugs and it took my money."
