"I have the highest praise for this team of professionals and the St. James Bay facility. They cared for our mother in the last three months of her life, and I mean they really CARED for her. Unlike many nursing homes, St. James is never understaffed. They took all the time needed to inform us of our mother's condition, and involve us in her care regimen. What you cannot buy at any price is the loving attention that the nurses and staff give to each patient. They truly are called to serve. This was an intensely emotional period of our lives, and I will never forget the compassion shown to our mother, and to us."
