"I truly have zero idea what the person before me is talking about. Dr. Killingsworth is TRULY the most compassionate person I've ever met and a very competent therapist. She helped me through issues with anxiety and depression that I thought was too deep to get me out of. She worked with my psychiatrist (who didn't directly work with her) in formulating a complete regimen (cognitive behavioral + medicatoon) to soothe my symptoms and work through the issues. This was all my experience from 4-5 years ago and I STILL use many techniques she taught me and remember so much of what she said to me in my despair if I'm ever currently going through a difficult moment.
