"Proud Moments ABA has been a God Sent! Every single member of the staff has made us feel so welcomed. From our very first intake we felt like they truly cared and listened to what we wanted and needed. They have provided thorough care and we have already noticed a difference. They have helped my daughter with many problem behaviors and as a parent have trained me on how to handle certain situations. They listen to everything I have to say and give me feedback after each visit on how he is doing. I think it is great that they want to make sure the school and them are on the same page as far as being consistent with the way they approach him. Everyone there is very friendly and they provide a safe environment."

"I'll start with the positive aspects of this facility. I appreciate that they provided transportation for my daughter when she attended. They would pick her up from school, take her to the center, and sometimes even bring her home. This was a great help since I didn't have a vehicle. However, some unresolved issues should have been addressed. One of the main concerns was that my daughter worked with different therapists each time, making it difficult to establish a consistent rapport. I had expected her therapy sessions to be consistent and one-on-one. Another issue that arose was with billing. My daughter stopped receiving services in December 2021, but in April, I received a bill for over $6,000. If there was a lapse in insurance coverage, it should have been identified and communicated earlier. When I initially enrolled my daughter in ABA, I applied for indigency, which means I shouldn't be receiving a bill at all. According to the contract, any additional charges for therapy should be absorbed by Proud Moments ABA. However, the $6,000 bill I received indicates that they are not honoring their contract."

"Called twice they never call you back that says a lot for the business hey . every time I call they can't even have an answering machine that's totally bad business sounds like this place needs management .
