"The absolute best experience of my life. I would have never thought that I would say that childbirth would be such an amazing experience, but Dr. Sturm made it possible. I had a horrible experience in the past with my daughters birth (11years ago with another OBGYN) and the recovery was sooo brutal. A week and an half ago Dr. Sturm delivered my son and I had no tears what so ever. He coached me on what to do in order for me not to tear during delivery! "January 12th 2022 I was scheduled for a doctor's appointment with Dr. Jerome sturm at 3:30pm location 5740 Hollywood Blvd Ste 200 Hollywood, FL 33021 When I arrived there I started bleeding I was 7 week's pregnant and this was my first pregnancy ever in my whole entire life at age 33 me and my unborn child father and my friend walked inside and asked for help I ask for my doctor and all the staff could say to my friend was you need a mask my Friend said hold on a minute my friend was outside on the ground bleeding as if she's possibly having a miscarriage Dr sturm employee kept disregarding my health because she was more concerned about my friend not having a mask it's like in that setting she didn't try to put herself for one second in my friend shoes to the situation at hand and most doctors offices and even grocery market's have masks available for their patients or customers as a courtesy !! I literally was miscarriaging The staff was unresponsive they were rude and disrespectful because they did nothing to try to assist or get me to the back to comfort until a paramedic could come I was so hurt!!! My unborn child father and my friend carried me out of Dr Sturm office and took me to the ER and when I arrived there I had to urinate and so they put me inside of a room and gave me a bed pan i then urinated and the sack came out with the embryo inside of it I was so hurt I was so sick and i felt my doctor's office failed me This is what I call pain and suffering I would never forget this. P.s. My doctor never reached out to me not one time to me that really showed no concern I spoke highly of him and held him in high regards I even referred my friends to him this is disheartening.."
