"If you want an unplanned c section this is a great doctor to go to. Dr Spier wasn't even in the room throughout the process when there were complications due to the complete inept team at Memorial. What a terrible feeling to have. Feeling completely helpless begging them to send doctors into the room bc of their inept team not knowing how to manage an epidural! When Dr spier finally showed up he informed us that a c section must take place immediately. Nice way to enter the room don't you say? I wouldn't recommend Dr. Spier or giving birth at memorial regional in any way shape or form."

"Caring and calm OB. I switched to his office after my first appt with him. After my first ultrasound and we saw my tiny baby on the screen he said "this is why I love my job". My last OB said "you can still miscarry you have to get to 12 weeks.." total 180 of an experience! He always has nice bedside manner and has such a calm demeanor even when I needed to have a c-section. And his staff is actually nice and helpful!!"

"Dr. Spier and his office are the best. I have had excellent prenatal care throughout my pregnancy. He is gentle, kind and very knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly and efficient and his nurse Leigh is a treasure. Her blood draws are painless and quick, and she incredibly kind to us needle phobic chickens :) After speaking to pediatricians in the area they all had one thing to say when I told them who my Ob is, "you are in good hands". I look forward to meeting my boy next week and have every confidence in Dr. Spier's care."

"I had my first visit with Dr. Nigel. Best doctor I have ever seen. Before we even got started he took me and my husband in his office for a nice chat about my medical history. He also took lots of time to answer all my questions. My nurse (Ms. Lee) was also very good. I've never had such a painless blood draw!!! In the examination room their is an entire wall full of baby pictures from babies he had delivered and a nice thank you notes from the moms. I bet their was a good 100 notes on the wall. Also I don't have insurance and they gave me a good payment plan. I really enjoyed my visit and cant wait for my next visit in 4 weeks. Today it has been confirmed.
