"It was my first visit to this office. The front office staff member was friendly and soft spoken. I only waited about 10 minutes after my appointment time to be called, but that was not a big deal. Considering that I have been to other practices in the past and have had to wait for almost one hour. Once I was called in, I was quickly taken to an available room and went through the normal questions and waited about 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Kareem was very friendly and made me feel comfortable; especially since this type of appointment is so personal. Dr. Kareem made the visit easy and quick. Asked what concerns I had and gave me referrals to other doctors for other types of specialties that I needed. Overall, I had a good visit. I would have given 5 stars, but it was my first visit. I am sure that my next visit will be just as pleasant."

"To start, the cabinet in the bathroom was almost completely full. I could barely fit my cup in, and now I am wondering if this is why it’s been almost two weeks and I have yet to receive my results from my pap. I have been getting Pap smears for years now and I have never had to wait this long for my results, especially because I am having issues. Second, there were no clean pens in the bathroom all of them were in the dirty cup. It is evident that this staff is not doing their job. Thirdly, I’ve tried calling multiple times and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. It seems the only way you can reach anyone at this facility is through the patient portal which is ridiculous. It is safe to say I will not be returning to this gynecologist office."

"Doctor Kareem is the best gyno I’ve ever been to. She was very caring and listened to me. She explained everything to me in detail and had no problem doing so. I did not feel rushed at all, and I feel like she was very thorough. Highly recommend going to see her!"
