"Refused to treat me. Incredibly horrible people. I was a few minutes late because I was picking up my daughter in school and they said no and the next appointment wasn’t even any time soon. I can’t believe how they are still in business, I called almost 10 times!!!! Horrible, this management will take this business to the ground."

"This practice refused to treat me. My only guess is because I’m African American. I was angry at first but then I became extremely thankful. Had they’d continue to provide my prenatal care, my baby and I likely would have ended up dead. All of the doctors are not that bad but Dr. Rodriguez’s fat a$$ is another story. She wobbles thru the halls of the practice looking so angry and she literally stinks. Like she doesn’t shower for days at a time."

"Now I see why they have 1 star, so back in May my car messed up and their phones were messed up so I couldn’t call and I couldnt drive to them, so finally were in July my car is running and their phones are working, I schedule an appointment for today, I get to my appointment at 2, I’m there for 2 hours before they tell me I’ve been discharged because I missed an appointment, well duhh I called and said that, so she says they’ve been emailing me, they’ve emailed me ONCE which was may 25 the day OF my missed appointment. (I’ll insert picture) the next time they emailed me was July 19 which was after I called to book an appointment for the following week, and the emails were to confirm my appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND, I should have stopped coming when they got my gender wrong but they’re close to me so I stayed. But ladies PLEASE DONT COME HERE !!!!! Now I have to go back to square one and call around to find a new OBGYN that’ll take my insurance, this is so stressful and inconvenient for someone who’s about to give birth."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I showed up 15 minutes early only to wait an hour for my appointment, the front desk woman was rude and brushed me off when I asked how long it may be until my appointment. Room 8 was disgusting gum stuck under the nurse station, swabs and tongue suppressors in dirty open jars, neither the nurse practitioner nor the doctors washed their hands or wore gloves when touching my body and their medical equipment. When I cleaned the gel off of my stomach with a paper towel she tried to grab is with her bare hand. There was boogers on the wall, and gum wrapped around the medical exam light and dirt and grime on the medical exam bed crevices. I will not be returning to this facility. Also they changed their hospital that they deliver at and I didn't find out until I saw the sign in their lobby. Which is the only reason why I joined the practice. Contemplating reaching out to the health department as I took pictures to document everything. As care providers to womens health this facility has much to improve."
