"These reviews alarmed me but I can say this was by far the best visit ever. I usually go to Flagler Obgyn in Saint Augustine but since Dr Jago left I could not find a provider I really trusted. Finally I got in with Dr Kaplan and decided to make the drive to World Golf Village. Everyone was very nice from start to finish. She took the time to come in and meet me before I even had to gown up. Very respectful and nice. Spent time answering my questions. Quick visit but never felt rushed. I feel bad for all these people that had a bad experience but I will always be making the drive to go here from now on."

"The best gynecologist I’ve ever had. Dr. Asher and her staff are incredibly professional, KIND, and helpful. I’ve had poor doctors before who made this experience scary. But with Dr. Asher and all the ladies who work in the office, I’m well taken care-of! Thank you."

"If you want less than adequate care make sure you book an appointment with the midwife. I saw a midwife who judged me the entire time and I let her know my medical history being that I’ve had a prior ectopic pregnancy, and when I went to the emergency room, they were worried about me having another ectopic pregnancy and she didn’t care. she did not do what she was supposed to do, which would be to verify that via ultrasound. An ultrasound is the most reliable way to verify if you are having a ectopic or not. I also informed her that my beta quants were slowly rising, which is another concern for an ectopic but who cares right she didn’t have time to order me an ultrasound. She literally told me to come back in two weeks for a dating ultrasound. Luckily I’m a nurse and the next day I called to make an appointment with somebody else since she did not provide the care that she was supposed to provide and they advised me to go to the ER. We found the ectopic as it was rupturing and I did end up losing my only tube. I am now sitting here in the hospital because I had to have emergency surgery because I was indeed having a ruptured ectopic that I pleaded and begged with her to rule out so I could save my last tube so I would be able to have children in the future since I am very young. Well now I lost both tubes. Thanks to her , and I will never have that chance to have a baby again..this is not okay. If you are that burnt out at your job go do something else. You don’t need to ruin peoples lives like this. This is now going to affect me the rest of mine. And I did hear you and your coworkers laughing about me so next time whisper."

"This practice is unreachable. You will not find a person when you call. You will be required to navigate a long automated system just to leave a voice message. They will call you back at their convenience. If you are not available to answer at that time, you will need to restart the process via the automated system, each and every time. Additionally, at my annual visit (which is the only time I’ve actually seen my doctor) I was rushed in and out. The appointment was 5-7 minutes in length. I received a pap and a script for a mammo and sent on my way. The worst, all round."

"I have been coming here during my first pregnancy and they have forgotten paperwork, misread information, and worst of all have literally screamed out my weight and made me feel awful about pregnancy gaining through open-office conversation about me. Specifically Naomi Sullivan has made me completely hate this facility for how she has openly expressed her personal feelings about my pregnancy loudly in the office. Being able to hear someone be so rude through a closed door while waiting to be seen is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional."
